Version 0.8-fix:

- Dropped SF_ENABLE_INFO_CMD flags else gui wont work.
- Renamed SF_ENABLE_FREQ_CMD -> SF_ENABLE_FREQ
- Renamed SF_ENABLE_SOFT_START -> SF_ENABLE_WARMUP
- Quick fix for auto_lpm will smooth more out when adding mmw code.

- In higher freq don't use req_train_freq but calc yourself for best result
- bugs,etc
